There was no other Dad like you, Dad. My only comfort in your passing is that you are with The Lord, and your beloved parents, siblings, family and friends who all passed before you. I’m sure they were happily waiting to walk you home. I hope I said I Love you enough, & Thank You enough. Now I’m thanking the Lord for putting you in our lives. I’ll be thinking about you every day. Well, I was young when we rented a house in the 70's from his father Steve. I may have seen him around but never really knew him. My aunt says my Uncle Bill Solnosky knew him well from back home in Spangler,Pa. I Talked with his daughter recently and missed meeting his son a few times at the Beachland. The whole family were very nice and Steve ,Regis's father was really great in renting to my grandmother and was always a terrific landlord. God rest his soul and condolences and prayers to the family.
Regis or what I always referred to him "Rags" was a dear close friend and school mate, we met in grade school, joined the US Marine Corps Reserves, then the USAF. He was a great friend and dearly missed.
